First "Behind The Scene" Of My Store
893,84 $ in sales

Revenue (28. Mai–4. Juni): 893,84 $
Ad Spend: 973.12 EUR
Hey everyone, Noah here from the Ecom Era Show.
I will try to keep it short but still talk about everything I did. If you have any recommendations, or things I should try/ update about the newsletter or my business feel free to reply to this email.
I launched my ads on the 28.
I launched 4 different creatives, each in its on ad group and one with all creatives combined in one ad group.
Day 1 Results (28.).:

(I use C1 to mark my ads so I know which one it is.
Results were pretty good. 112€ Ad Spend and $226 in Revenue.
Next day wasn’t that good and also something I noticed multiple times.
Day 1 performs really good, day 2 tanks. I’m not sure why this is but I also saw a video of Noah Brewer who talked about relaunching new campaigns every day because they tend to perform better than already running campaigns.
Day 2 Results (29.):

It actually missed 2 sales.

That day I spend 160€ for ads and made back 152$. Not really exciting.
I also noticed a huge issue with my ads.
CPC’s were waaaay to high. I sometimes paid 2-6€ PER CLICK!!
I tried different combinations as you will see in the following days.
Day 3 Results (30.):

Made a total of 2 sales for 152$. And spend 160€.
Same as the day before, letting stuff run isn’t really helping the ads get better.
I might have to kill earlier and relaunch more often.
(Another product I semi scaled but had to stop because of ad cost, I duplicated all profitable ad sets into a new campaign which performed way better.)
As you can see I tried launching the ads in a single ad group or combined to get the ad cost down.
So I launched a few new ad groups in the hope that the combination will help the performance as you will see on day 4.
Day 4 Results (31.):

Spend close to 200€ and made 140$ in sales. Nothing was really going as planned to be honest.
And also this was the point where the normal dropshipping mindset kicks in.
It’s not profitable → Find next winning product.
But I know that the product is hot rn.
My issue are bad performing ads. It’s not the product.
My hook rate and hold rate are terrible.
Also, on the store I launched my first split test using google optimize. I tried using a testimonial as product title.
Both sales that day came from the testimonial product.
Day 5 Results (01.):

Day 5 comes around. I tried duplicating the best creative (based on sales) into a new campaign.
CPC’s way to high.
Performed not at all and made 0 sales with 112€ in ad spend.
Day 6 Results (02.):

I killed all adgroups the night before and relaunched 2 ad groups with one 50$ budget and 100$ budget.
Idea was that tiktok can better optimize with higher budgets. For this I combined all my new ads I thought would perform better.
That day 0 sales again. Nothing I tried was performing, but also I noticed that my ads were not improving.
Something of what I was doing on my ads was bad.
Day 7 Results (03.):

I then thought that I might try 50$ CBO.
But as you can see nothing really popped off.
Ad costs were a little lower but not really good and also store performance in regards to Add To Carts was terrible with CBO so I killed it.
Day 8 Results (04.):

So that day I created new ads based on my competitors script.
Before I was using influencer voice overs and the original sound of the clips where they talked.
I removed all sound and used the tiktok voice as voiceover.
Combined my best creative based on soft metrics C5 and the new one C13.
62€ in spend and 222$ in revenue.
I will now analyze why this performed as it did and will update you next week.
I also noticed that its kind a hard going back one week completely with memory.
I think I will document all my thought the day I make the change.
I hope you liked this and we will see us next week.
Ciao
